Food Guide Paris / Le Marché : French Markets in Paris

Love food? Love Paris?  Check out the traditional marchés (markets) to experience first-hand the French love affair with fresh food.  Whether you're keen to whip up some traditional French cuisine or just want to enjoy the hustle and bustle with a café in hand, a visit to your local Paris market is a must when visiting Paris.

Here at La Cuisine Paris, we offer the best of the French Market experience - by combining a visit to a local French Market along with a hands-on cooking class!  Start the day with a market tour guided by your chef. See, touch, smell and taste the best of what's in season and get those creative juices flowing!

The day's menu is created from the inspirations you find at the market.  After the market bustle, return to our school to enjoy fresh tea and coffee while your chef gets your kitchen ready. Then, it's time to cook! Pick up some professional tips, learn to cook an authentic French meal and enjoy the sociable company of your fellow chefs, then dine together with a view over the Seine to the beautiful Panthéon. This is a 4-hour culinary adventure that will please any palette, so if you'd like to learn more, be sure to take a look at our calendar of classes.
